As a service to our patients, we will call you to remind you of your up coming visit and few days prior. If you need to cancel your appointment this must be done 24 hours prior or a fee of $25.00 will be assessed. Cancellations must be made during business hours Monday thru Friday. Cancellations made after business hours or on weekends will not be honored.
